Latin American legislators to gather in Brasilia

The Latin American parliamentarian conference on global human security will be held in Brasilia on June 10-11. it was reported here that 400 parliamentarians from all Latin American countries and representatives of non-government organizations will attend the conference. they will discuss proposals for defining a new role for the united nations organization. the Brasilia conference is preparatory meeting for the world conference on social development which will be held next year in Copenhagen, Denmark.
